Contract sign

To sign the contract with Mixvel LLC please send your inquiry to agents@mixvel.com.

We recommend attaching the current company profile, including the company name and TCH code if available.

Contract sign steps

1. Sign the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).

The NDA outlines the responsibilities of both parties for maintaining the confidentiality of information. The document is fully reciprocal in terms of rights and obligations. You can review the NDA template in the “Legal Information” section or or download it by link.

2. Contract approval(project will be sent to you after the NDA is signed).

3. Sign the Contract.

4. After the Contract is signed, access to MixVel Platform will be granted.

For convenience and efficiency all documents are signed using Electronic document interchange (EDI)
