Getting Access to the Cashier module¶
Preliminary terms for getting access to the Cashier module:
- TCH accreditation, if the Agency works in a neutral session, obtaining work details (POS/ERSP);
- having agreements with airlines in case the Agency is going to work in direct sessions (obtaining POS);
- conclusion of an agency agreement with «Mixvel» LLC.
The Cashier module is located at link: cashier.mixvel.io
To use the module, you must complete the following steps.
Connecting to the Cashier module, TCH session¶
To work in a neutral session (TCH session), the cashier/operator must have a Certificate of completion of personnel training for ATSS.
1. To work in a neutral session (TCH session), submit an application through the TCH Personal Account:
- «Application for connection/disconnection of POS to system 15»
The application is located in the «Sales Organization» tab, in the «Applications in TCH/Connection to MixVel» section.
POS should be selected from the drop-down list.

2. If you do not have a MixVel Boss Personal Account yet, register and fill out a form in the MixVel Boss Personal Account at link: lk.mixvel.io. For more details, see the «User Guide for the MixVel Boss Agency Account»..
After confirmation of the questionnaire by the MixVel support service, in your MixVel Boss Agency Account you should create:

Point of sales;

Employee (Cashier). When creating an Employee (Cashier), he is assigned a unique «Code» – CashierID;
After creating an Employee (Cashier), a link to create a password will be sent to the created employee’s email. The employee needs to follow the link and create a password. The Cashier Module at this stage is unavailable. Attempting to log in before the Cashier is described (see steps below) will result in an error.

Details.
When filling out the Details tab, in the «Operator Code» field, the operator code (cashier’s personal number, 4 digits) must be specified.
The operator code (personal number of the cashier, 4 digits) for each cashier (operator) must be specified as new, not previously used anywhere (in any session).
After creating the «Details», a request for a description of the created employee (cashier) will be automatically sent to the email of the technical support department: support@mixvel.com.
3. To ensure work in a neutral session (TCH Session) and obtain sales rights, submit an application in your TCH Personal Account:
- «Application for a description of cashiers/operators in Mixvel»
The application is located in the «Organization of sales / Applications in TCH / Connection to Mixvel» section.
In the application, you must describe the unique code (CashierID) received in the MixVel Boss account when creating an «Employee» for the full name of your employee (cashier) with the corresponding operator code (cashier’s personal number, 4 digits).
In the subject of the application, you must indicate «for Mixvel.Cashier», in the «Status» field, select «Mixvel Cashier».
If the head of the Agency gives the right to an employee (cashier) to work at different accredited points of sale (POS), then for such an employee it is necessary to create several accounts in the TCH Personal Account and access details in the MixVel Boss Personal Account.
When entering the «Cashier» module, when selecting a specific point of sale, the corresponding combination of details will be installed.
Connection to the Cashier module, direct airline session¶
1. To work in a direct airline session, obtain (or use a previously received) airline POS.
2. If you do not have a MixVel Boss Personal Account yet, register and fill out a form in the MixVel Boss Personal Account at link: lk.mixvel.io. For more details, see the «User Guide for the MixVel Boss Agency Account»..
After confirmation of the questionnaire by the MixVel support service, in your MixVel Boss Agency Account you should create:

In response to your request, the MixVel technical support department will assign and notify you of a terminal for your employee to work in the airline’s direct session.
3. Contact the airline, provide the terminal assigned to the employee and the operator number (cashier’s personal number, 4 digits) specified by you in the MixVel Boss account when creating Details for the employee.
4. Ask the airline to send a «Company’s POS» application to the application processing system (APS). The application must indicate: the point of sale (POS), the terminal and the operator number assigned to the employee.
MixVel LLC will not fulfill the agency’s request without the airline’s request.
5. After completing the application and providing access to the airline’s direct session, the administrator of the MixVel Boss personal account and the employee for whom access was issued will be informed by the MixVel technical support service.
If the head of the Agency gives the right to an employee (cashier) to work in sessions of several airlines, then for such an employee it is necessary to create several Details in the MixVel Boss Personal Account (one access for working in a session of one airline).
When entering the «Cashier» module, when selecting a specific point of sale, the corresponding combination of details will be installed.
