Receiving/describing offline terminal (AG)

Prerequisites for obtaining/describe an offline terminal:

  • accreditation in the TCH if the agency plans to work in a neutral session (obtaining a working POS);

  • conclusion of an agency agreement or an offer agreement with «MixVel» LLC.

If you have access to the Application Processing System, you can submit an «AG-terminal» application yourself for any type of work (installation, blocking, unblocking, liquidation, re-description, changing IP address, adding IP address).

If there is no access to the Application Processing System, applications for any type of work are submitted to the MixVel Platform technical support service at the email address: support@mixvel.com.

Obtaining/describing an offline terminal for a TCH session

To obtain/describe an offline terminal for a TCH session, one must:

1. Submit a request to the MixVel Platform support service for assigning and describing an offline terminal to the address: support@mixvel.com.

Application form:

  • Agency code -
  • Number and date of the Agreement/Offer with «MixVel» LLC -
  • Legal name of the customer -
  • TCH session -
  • Terminal currency code -
  • Actual address of the terminal installation location -
  • IP address (static) -
  • POS (point of sale code) -
  • Contacts (full name, phone number, e-mail address) -

In a reply message, a technical support employee will inform you about the application and the assigned terminal. Once the application is completed, a link for independent download of the file with the terminal distribution and installation instructions will be sent to the specified e-mail address.

2. To work in a neutral session (TCH session), submit standard applications through the TCH Personal Account:

  • Application for description/exclusion of TAP (describe the console assigned to you);

  • Application for description of cashiers/operators in domestic ASBs (describe the cashier, with any, previously not used in any of the sessions, personal 4-digit number).

In the application status, the item: «Cashier processing shipments on SPD TCH forms» should be selected.

Applications are located in the «Sales Organization» tab, in the «Applications in TCH»/«Description/re-description/exclusion of cashiers, operators and terminals» section.

Obtaining/describing an offline terminal for direct airline session

Prerequisites for obtaining/describe an offline terminal:

  • conclusion of an agreement with the airline;

  • conclusion of an agency agreement or an offer agreement with «MixVel» LLC.

If you have access to the Application Processing System, you can submit an «AG-terminal» application yourself for any type of work (installation, blocking, unblocking, liquidation, re-description, changing IP address, adding IP address).

If there is no access to the Application Processing System, applications for any type of work are submitted to the MixVel Platform technical support service at the email address: support@mixvel.com.

To obtain/describe an offline terminal for a direct airline session, one must:

1. Obtain a point of sale code (POS) from the airline.

2. Notify the airline of the terminal or range of terminals you will be using in the airline session.

To work in the airline's direct session, it is possible to use existing terminals, as long as it does not conflict with the terms of your agreement with the airline.

3. If the terminal has not been installed previously, submit a request to the application processing system (APS) «AG-Remote Control (form)/Installation» or to the MixVel Platform support service to create an offline terminal at: support@mixvel.com.

If the terminal has not been installed previously, submit a request to the application processing system (APS) «AG-Terminal (form)/Installation» or to the MixVel Platform support service to create an offline terminal at: support@mixvel.com.

Application form:

  • Airline session (specify the airline) -
  • Terminal currency code -
  • Actual address of the terminal installation location -
  • IP address (dinamic) -
  • POS (point of sale code) -
  • Contacts (full name, phone number, e-mail address) -

4. Contact the airline so that it can send a «Company POS» request to the application processing system (APS), indicating the point of sale (POS) and the range of TAPs (terminals).

5. Submit an application «AG-Operator (form)/Describe» to the application processing system (APS) or to the MixVel Platform support service for a description of the operator in the airline session at: support@mixvel.com.

To work in the airline's direct session, it is possible to describe already working operators with the same personal numbers, previously described for any other session.
