The first step of the collaboration process will be signing an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).

The NDA outlines the responsibilities of both parties for maintaining the confidentiality of information. The document is fully reciprocal in terms of rights and obligations. You can review the NDA template in the “Legal Information” section or or download it by link.

Once the NDA is signed, we can proceed to discuss the format and terms of the partnership.

For convenience and efficiency all documents are signed using Electronic document interchange (EDI)
